Jarrod has worked in the asbestos industry for over 25 Years. Starting Ceiling Restorations Ltd in 1994 specialising in the removal of friable ceiling textures in thousands of family homes and businesses around the North Island. To reflect his expertise in the removal of all friable asbestos a name change to AR Plus was introduced in 2018. The continuing success of the company and its rapid, but controlled, growth has lead inevitably to an ongoing requirement for quality supervisory and management. Jarrod, who has extensive experience and knowledge of the asbestos industry, uses his exceptional communication and organisational skills to motivate and manage the increasing number of removal operatives being employed by the company. He regularly carries out site audits, to ensure each of its sites is operating in compliance with the “Health and Safety at Work Act 2015” and “in-house“ company procedures. A passionate sportsman sees Jarrod coach a number of sports teams in his spare time.
